CANCELLATION POLICY

* I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointments * ****POLICY**** $20 Deposits are Required and Non Refundable! The amount goes towards the service total. * Customer care policy: Anything from 24-48 hours is automatically covered by me. If you experience any issues, fallout or any discomfort, I will fix them and fill them in for you, if requested a removal it will be free of charge. Do not leave your appointment if you are not satisfied! * When booking, cards are held on file for no show protection & deposits. * You will have a grace period of 10 minutes, if you do not text/call after the 10 minutes being late, your appointment will be canceled & your card will be charged for a no call-no show 30% cancellation fee. Balance may be payed in; Credit/debit, cash, or Apple Pay. * A Confirmation will be sent via text or email with address once you have booked your appointment. * Please come with to your appointment with No makeup, no mascara, no sunscreen, moisturizer or any oily product. For better results please come with clean eyelashes and a clean face! There is a makeup removal fee. * MASKS ARE REQUIRED!
